PDLs need respect and protection as a person. Bureau of Jail Management and Penology urges the public to support cause of Persons Deprived of Liberty. RC Dewey supports the agency programs and activities for PDLs that would raise community awareness and participation in their reintegration to the society. RC Dewey has contributed for this awareness by giving inspiration message for them as part of the Peace and Conflict area of focus by Superintendent Arnold Buenacosa of BJMP. He is the Past President of RC Dewey Pasay. Gift giving followed after the inspirational message from Sir Arnold. 150 PDL ladies were gifted each of comfort bra and hygienic kits. Indeed giving is receiving! We received blessings from God for sharing to our PDL ladies.
