Detailed description

This is a 60 year old lady when I saw has a very dirty old dressing on both legs.I spoken to her. the people from Barangay told me that she was taken to Jose Reyes Hospital to be treated but absconded. According to the officers from Barangay that her wound has maggets crawling on them. I decided to have a looked on her wounds. This lady is Diabetic Type 2. Eldest of 6 siblings. 2 brothers deceased, 2 more brothers and a sister. She lives on the street actually at the tricycle stands. I asked her to meet at the Barangay Salinas 4 and checked on her wounds. When I saw the wounds I started dressing it 3 times a week beginning on May 27, 2019 initially until I tapered the dressing to 2x a week until I stopped on 6 of August 2019. Her wounds has improved a lot until I decided to stop and finished the dressing as the wound healed really well. Just precaution to keep the right leg covered for protection only.
