Detailed description

The Wheelchair team of PDG Bill Biddle of RID 7670 of North Carolina USA, Wheelchair Foundation & Live Boundless circumnavigated the globe to be able to share and distribute wheelchairs to the lesser ones who needs it most by connecting to RID 3810 RC Pasay Cyber City, husband and wife team of Rotarians, PP Raymond Ciriaco and wife PP Maya C. Ciriaco to be able to carry out the service to humanity of giving wheelchair to those who cannot move or walk.
