Successful and Happy Aging is a webinar series focusing on growing old joyfully. It attracted senior members of the Rotary family and discussed it we view life as mind full or mindful? Aging can be a taboo topic for most senior members or to those reaching their prime years but this webinar helped shed some myths and gave light to the real aging process. What are the connected diseases and symptoms related to aging and what are the common medications for it. The webinar series gave a huge confidence build and impact to those currently affected by mental health diseases along with the irreversible aging process. The webinar series ended lightly with online games that sparks the young at heart personality of the Rotarians.
