PHASE 1 - DRUG DEPENDENCY EXAMINATION. (Completed)
PHASE 2 - JUDGMENT DAY. Around 200 male and female inmates which have drug-related cases appeared in court and made a plea-bargain agreement wherein those with light drug-depedency were promulgated for release. In exchange for their release, they are required community work and certain activities towards values formation. Activities were specifically crafted for each individual by the Rotary Club of Marikina West, Marikina Anti-Drug Abuse Council, and the Dangerous Drugs Board.
