國際扶輪社3522地區2021-22年度泰北淨水計畫捐贈泰北華雲學校直飲濾水站落成啟用，感謝郭憲鴻社長、歷任社長、江榮國主委、各位社友，以及大中華區9個扶輪社的大力支持，讓光復高中師生及附近鄉親能有乾淨的飲用水可以使用，另發給教職人員獎勵金及同學的獎助學金，感謝台北市東區扶輪社及各扶輪社的愛心支持，敬請各位愛惜使用、珍惜水資源。
