Alokdhara, inclusive school for autistic children is in need of help. Samaritans to stand by them.
Alokdhara is an inclusive school focussing to provide holistic education to mainstream and autistic children. The school is in urgent need of a permanent space since it is on rented premises and much of its resources goes towards provisioning the rent. Apart from space the school is in need of a children swing, montessori learning material for autistic children, synthesizer for musical therapy, laptop and some pieces of furniture. Support for its teaching staff too is another prime requirement of the school. Rotary Samaritans have taken up the project and have approached other rotary clubs to join hands and help us in raising funds. We are committed to celebrate children's day on 14th November 2014 with a bunch of children who have the full right to lead a normal life, have the right to gain knowledge and be self supportive. Ours is a new found club hence we request fellow rotarians to please come forward and lend a hand to this project.
