Detailed description
PHASE 1 - DRUG DEPENDENCY EXAMINATION. Around 300 inmates (by batches) have undergone extensive Drug Dependency Examination (DDE) which completed on November 9, 2018. Those who are flagged as "light" dependents would be appearing in the lower courts of Marikina City and released under the custody of the Rotary Club of Marikina West and their respective barangays who would then monitor their rendering of community service. The objective of the is not only to help release inmates and decongest the city jails but it also to reform the inmates and hopefully not relapse into their former drug addition.
PHASE 2 - JUDGMENT DAY (Plea-bargaining and appearance at the courts on November 19, 2019.)
