Manila Magic sails to Mindoro, Philippines to distribute 11 wheelchairs to the elderly

Detailed description

The club, in cooperation with the Rotary Club of North Carolina and The Wheelchair Foundation travelled by boat to personally turn over the wheelchairs to the elderly at Aruga Kapatid Foundation in Mindoro, wherein 11 recipients were given new wheelchairs. They also prepared a sweet and short program for the lolos and lolas to commemorate the day. Along the way, new members, Rtns. Tisoy Yap and Louie Tolentino were inducted officially as part of the Rotary Family.
