Detailed description

After installing Fifteen Twin Toilets at the indigenous Aeta village of Sitio Cauayan in Bgy. Maruglo Capas Tarlac, we are proud to install Rotary's Four Way Test Marker written in English & Filipino. The Marker also has the Seal of Excellence over it's concrete foundation signifying the strength of our brotherhood and Service Above Self!
