RCEN partnered with Mr. Vonell Justilien, and hosted his entire 100+ student member band to “Vocational-Career Day,” at a cost of $2,000. This was a full day dedicated to learning about job opportunities in various industries, social media, and character development. Students also shared their career aspirations and talents. The theme for the day was “Path to Greatness. highlighted the importance of integrity and character in business. Members were advised on the dangers and benefits of the digital era. “7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers” was shared by President Hope Sealey. The members heard stories from a member of the Royal Bahamas Police Force Band, who spoke on discipline. The theme was further enhanced when Rotaract members played career games. The day concluded with a presenter who shared effective tools to strengthen relationship, reinforce one’s spiritual relationship with God, and how students should interact positively with their families, schools and communities
