臺北市博愛發展中心是服務心智障礙者的優等機構,一直以提供心智障礙嬰幼兒及成人日間照顧與生活技能、工作技藝訓練等服務項目為主要之任務，中心每年利用歲末時節辦理「厝邊鬥陣來做伙～讓愛傳遞社區園遊會」

永平持續多年贊助台北市博愛發展中心辦理「厝邊鬥陣來做伙～讓愛傳遞社區園遊會」，透過活動辦理，提供社區相關社福、醫療、文化機構、學校、企業和團體參與「愛護社區，支持身心障礙者」的表現，也藉此機會提昇社區交流的效果。期望透過敦親睦鄰活動，表達心智障礙學員及其家庭對社區的感謝和關懷。透過活動進行，可促進社區人士認識心智障礙者的溝通方式和潛能，增進社區人士接納心智障礙者，同理和支持其家庭。永平也藉此機會提升關懷弱勢的公益形象。
