A week long activity was planned and executed in a collaboration by the Rotary clubs in Port-Harcourt. Children between the ages of 0-5 were immunized at various locations in Port-Harcourt and environs with the polio vaccine. 2-3 drops of the vaccine was given to each child through the mouth. On the Saturday we undertook a sensitization walk spanning about 8 kilometers giving out leaflets and intermittently talking about immunization to passers-by and onlookers.
