This project is a joint project with a sister nongovernmental organization 'I HAVE CONSCIENCE FOUNDATION' drew participants across the state. Taraba state of Nigeria is a state riddle with communal and ethnic conflicts for decades. No year passes by with it witnessing communal strive. So this project is to enlighten its citizens of the benefit of living together and peaceful with in itself brings development. The project was planned with mostly the youths and community leaders as targets. The project primary objective of the project is to preach peace amongst our communities and heal old wounds.

Peace has eluded most communities in Taraba state for decades. In drawing our participants, the project committee chair and other members did need assessment of all communities in the state in collaboration with Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

The peace building symposium project which centered on peaceful coexistence was put in place to enlighten our communities on the need to live peacefully together and to see ourselves as our brother's keeper. The result of the symposium is that it will reignite our love for one another and be our brother's keeper.
