Description détaillée
Madura Island has always been in problems in getting clean water, due to its lack of development and many salt-producing areas. As the result, the villagers either get salty water or no water at all. Clean water is so scarce, that they really value it, most people only use water in minimum amount possible. However, in Blega Village, the geographic is so strategic that deep inside the land, there is a plain water source. So deep that most villagers don't know how to access it. Rotary Club of Surabaya Jembatan Merah, cooperating with Rotary Club of Kaohsiung Chung-Cheng and Rotary Club of Taichung South built 2 clean water towers for villagers to use, installed the towers in 2 schools so that students have first access to the water source and other villagers are welcome to use properly.
