Promote the strengthening of capacities and social skills of youth for quality education
The Visionary Program for Educational Institutions (VpIE) aims to promote quality education and equal opportunities that promote the strengthening of the capacities and social skills of youth, providing them with resources that allow them to identify and understand a problem of interest in their communities, promoting the active exercise of their citizenship. To achieve this goal, our direct allies are the teachers who, after the family nucleus, occupy the second place of influence in the personal growth of each student. In this sense, the program focuses on comprehensive formative training and pedagogical accompaniment to teachers in the area of Personal Development, Citizenship and Civics of the third grade of public schools in the Cusco region - Peru. Through the implementation of didactic and participatory learning sessions, which allow the teacher to promote in their students the development of their critical thinking and soft skills.
