Detailed description

The HNWP (Haiti National Water Project) : PDG Jeremy Hurst Rotary D-7020 had during his DG year and Steeve Sherner D-5580 initiated the HNWP ( Haiti National Water Project) where Sawyer Filters had been distributed in different areas of Haiti starting with 1,000 in the South area. This Global Grant is a D-7020 & D-5580 project sponsored by the Rotary Club of Les Cayes with the expertise of the Rotary Club of Leogane D-7020. A video showing the first 300 Filters distributed to 300 families after receiving training how to use and maintain the filters has been attached. Unfortunately it is in Haitian Creole but visually gives an idea of the appreciation by the beneficiaries. On June 18th 350 more Sawyer Filters were distributed in Marc & Raymond 2 communitiesin the Southern part of Haiti.
