Detailed description
EAFK is a character development program that incorporates the Four Way Test, an in-school Early Act club, and monthly character traits. Monthly, a child is chosen from each classroom who has best displayed the character trait for the month. Each student is recognized at an awards ceremony and medals are presented by Sir David Meismer and Queen Suzannah . Fourth graders are knighted. Parents are secretly invited and the look on the students' faces when they see their parents is incredible. . For thirty students each six weeks, the Four Way Test and student recognition for Honesty and Enthusiasm and Perserverance etc. are making a difference. The school staff and teachers built a castle and sewed vests. The EAFK club chooses a fundraiser and selected butterfly gardens and purple pinkie for Polio as projects. The club presides at a KM Rotary meeting. Interact is involved in the fundraiser and projects. 275 students, teachers and parents are impacted daily by this project.
