Detailed description

Working with the Nicaraguan Ministry of Health (MINSA), our Club asked how best we could support public health in our local community during the COVID-19 pandemic. MINSA asked us to donate PPE, cleaning supplies and blood pressure cuffs to the six public health clinics that are the first place patients go when sick, but the last place to receive supplies. Our Club donated masks, gloves, protective glasses, alcohol, alcohol gel, spray bottles, liquid soap and blood pressure cuffs to public health centers in Ciudad Sandino serving our community of 180,000 people, one of the poorest urban areas in the country.
