Detailed description

On 11th August, Rotary Club of Tezpur & Rotary Club of Greater Tezpur jointly organised a Project Flood Relief & Free Medical Check up Camp at Balipara (about 30kms from Tezpur), Assam with the active support of Ekal Abhiyan, Balipara Sanch. The items distributed were sent by Rotary Club of Delhi Capitol (RI District 3012) which included Rice, Clothes, Biscuits, Medicine, Soap, Oils, and other daily essentials which are handy for the flood affected areas and its victims. About 250 affected families were provided with the materials. A free medical check up camp was also organised along with the distribution of the relief materials.. Medical assistance and free medicine was given to about 300 people including women and children.
