SPONSOR-A-RELEASE PROGRAM When you buy paintings you are sponsoring the release of the PDL (Persons Deprived of Liberty). The PDL to be released should have undergone and should pass Drug Dependency Test to avail the [rpgram. Right now we have releases 40 PDL.
