To build a toilet septic tank in the village, which will solve major problems of the local villagers
Nazareth Foundation a local NGO approached the club for assistance in making a Septic tank for the toilets.
The Septic tank was constructed under the AICTE SPICES Scheme.
The scheme provides financial support to institutions for developing students clubs for the well-rounded development of students by promoting their interests, creativity, and ethics.
Firstly a survey of the site was made by Rtr. Kunal Miskin, Rtr. Bhushan Nehete, Rtr, Yash Lad, Rtr. Allan Fernandes to ensure the site of the construction was proper.
The Points Identified in the survey were: There were no toilets in the Dharavali Village. The site of the survey was inspected for estimate requirement of the materials.
Preference of the Civil Contractor was given to the local Contractor to ensure that there is the economic development of the villagers.
The materials required for the septic tank were finalized with the help of the contractor.The order of the materials was placed. The construction completed in 6 days.
