Detailed description
"DUGONG PCCR, DUGONG BAYANI" is a continuing project of the Philippine College of Criminology, together with the Rotary Club of Manila Binondo Prime, GMA Kapuso Foundation and the Philippine Red Cross.
This annual event is highlighted by a BLOODLETTING ACTIVITY typically every 13th of September. This year, the date was moved to 26 of September due to severe tropical depression "OMPONG" which may hamper the number of participants and probable donors. The activity opened as early as 8AM and ended up by 5PM. A final unofficial donor count as of 5:12 PM counted a total of 363 donors.
