RC Manila JP Laurel Malacanang and Phil. Cancer Society join the Medical mission with Innerwheel Club and Phil. Coastguard, as we conduct our 1st for the year 2019 of our Breast & Cervical Cancer screening service, that benefits 80 women constituents of Brgy. 20 Sta. Cruz, Seabreeze, Cavite City, in cooperation with other District 3810 Clubs
