Mr. Bharat Bhushan, an ardent follower of meditation, elaborated upon the basic concept and the potential benefit of meditation in our day to day life. He explained the various kinds of meditation including - 'Mantra. Jaap, Bhajan and Keertan'. In the modern lifestyles where mental and physical stress is increasing to threatening levels, meditation could provide mental peace, physical realaxation and spiritual contenment.
