For the past 17 years, the Club existed without juridical personality. With the encouragement of District Governor Narciso Salunat, on August 15, 2017 becomes a significant day in the Club’s history. Eighteen (18) days after the initial application and request for name reservation as RC SAN JOSE DEL MONTE CENTRAL INC. was made and after complying with all the requirements, the Securities and Exchange Commission finally approved and issued the Certificate of Incorporation to the club. As of August 15 2017, officially, the corporate name shall be RC SAN JOSE DEL MONTE CENTRAL, INC. The document grants juridical personality to the corporation. The SEC disallowed the use of Rotary Club of San Jose del Monte Central, Inc. because of the existence of a SEC registered organization named Rotary Club of San Jose del Monte Foundation, Inc. registered way back in the early nineties.The term for which the association is to exist is Fifty (50) years from and after the issuance of the certification.
