Community assessment: How the project team learned about the community’s needs

Over the last two years, in addition to the COVID-19 pandemic, our community has dealt with a several major fires and a massive snow storm that knocked power out for large portions of the area for two weeks. Our community has had an extraordinary response to devastating experiences. Along with community leaders, our Rotary Clubs wanted to honor our first responders and essential workers.
