Detailed description

Music Mends Minds (MMM) is a member of the Alzheimer's/Dementia Rotary Action Group, and a nationally recognized non-profit (musicmendsminds.org) by NPR and CBS. The original band, The Fifth Dementia, is on YouTube, and this Vashon Rotary Community Service project since 2015 is sustainable, low cost (less that $1000/yr.), high Rotarian volunteer involvement (out of 45 club members, 5 participate weekly), and enables patients with these diseases to remain at home. There is no cure, yet by 2017, 55 million worldwide will suffer from these diseases! So I urge you to contact me to Serve Beyond Self with this effective, easy to implement Community Service Project for your community. Photo is of DG Cozette Vergari of LA District 5280, a strong supporter of MMM.
