Detailed description
A joint Relief Operations for the benefit of displaced families from Bgy. Pulo Island, Talisay, Batangas was conducted by the Rotary Club of Manuel Roxas Blvd. Manila and Rotary Club of Hiyas ng Maynila led by ChP Emmanuel Valenzuela & ChP Jennifer de Guia- Moreno, chaired by PP Brick Onglingkuan.
The project was in coordination with Bgy. Pulo Island Captain, Antonio Zagala thru the efforts of SDG Carmen Moreno. There were about 100 families who were served with grocery bags & hygiene kits, distilled drinking water, sleeping mats and blankets, children’s milk, cereals, biscuits & diapers, slippers and N95 face masks. The residents were also given used but good clothes and shoes.
2 units of Nebulizer kits and nebules were also donated to the barangay.
