After an volcanic eruption on January !2,2019 at 4 in the afternoon thousands of filipino stranded in there own home and they are all asked for help to get out of there houses . RC Cavite Centro offer a free rides from there house to evacuation center. one member offer there house for a night or 2 to the evacuees
