Detailed description

For its 1st Speaker's Bureau Talk, RCPE invited Former Gen. LEO NAPENAS of the Philippine National Police's SPECIAL ACTION Forces (SAF) OF SAF 44 Mamasapano fame. The theme of "Honesty as the foundation in pursuit of Peace and Conflict Resolution” is very timely and in line with the emphasis of GOV. Liza Elorde on Peace and Conflict Resolution as an Area of Focus for RY RY 2019-2020. New member prospects and Guests from 4 Sister Clubs attended.
