RCMC provides financial assistance to deserving students who are challenged by poverty to have basic education and/or continue their education. Through its scholarship fund and individual support of members, the club has sponsored a 10-day educational tours of primary students to Osaka, Japan, with the help of its sister club of RC Osaka Evening, Japan; supported a 2-year high school education for a Filipina student in Osaka, who is now a teacher in a remote public school in Lucena City, Quezon, Philippines; and built day care centers to provide free basic education. In 2016, the club helped a college student graduate from the University of the Philippines who is now working in a prestigious company. This year, RCMC was made proud again by one of its scholars, Renalyn Mapaye, who graduated on June 8, 2017 with a degree in BS Accountancy. She is now reviewing for CPA Board Exam with the club's assistance.
